I believe this is a scam; it's calling about "important documents", saying that they are immigration and have been trying to contact you for a long time. I pressed on, e but nothing happened, and then there was a Chinese lady greeting "Ni hao" and hung up when I responded "hello". Tried to call it a couple of times, but nothing happened, and now I tried looking it up on the internet and found out that the number is possibly from Japan.
