She then appeared to be a bit dumbfounded, and obviously had to go off script and said “well I also see that if you are on holiday in California, someone in Sydney used your account”
I said “that was my husband”
She said “but you said your family was on vacation in California, so your husband can’t be in Sydney”
I told her that was the idea of a “holiday”

She started to talk again to which I just I hung up and blocked.

Her English was so bad I had to ask her 7 times to repeat her name, and after that I still couldn’t understand so other to spell “Daisy Wilson”
With what I could gather from “Daisy” was that someone had fraudulently purchased a number of iPhones from various locations using my Amazon account.
Pity I don’t have an Amazon account.
She asked me to allow her to transfer me to her account manager so that they could refund me.
Hung up and blocked, then reported number to ACMA.
