Recorded message advising that eBay will be charging my account with $199. Then gives options to go ahead with the purchase, cancel the purchase or to speak with an operator. I did not answer the call but it left this complete message on my voicemail which means it must have waited for my voicemail to complete. Have googled and obviously a scam.
