What Our Users Reviewed
Caller identified themselves as Optus checking our account information after they have moved to a new system, offering me better rates and faster internet. After more time on the phone, feeling like it was a sounding still like a suspicious call (we have Optus Business Team that look after our account) they quoted an email/domain that we moved away from 3 years ago, mentioned the number I was speaking to them on wasn't with Optus, then asked me for my DOB. I promptly hung up. Too bad if it was legit.
