Persistent Scam Call - I have received ten calls from the same individual who tries to pressure me into reading a text code he sends me to supposedly change my Outlook account number. His demeanor is aggressive, persistent, and rude. The phone numbers he has used to contact me include (02) 9071 0209, (02) 4408 6233, (02) 7251 9509, (08) 7092 2534, (02) 9071 0222, and (02) 7251 9501.
I have been repeatedly contacted by the same aggressive man, who has called me 10 times insisting that I read out a text code that he sends to my phone to change my Outlook account number. His behavior is aggressive, persistent, and unpleasant. The numbers that he has used to call me include: (02) 9071 0209, (02) 4408 6233, (02) 7251 9509, (08) 7092 2534, (02) 9071 0222, (02) 7251 9501. He is very troubling and makes me uncomfortable.
The caller claimed to be from Telstra and stated that they wanted to check the latency of my internet connection. I found this suspicious, as they mentioned having a technician available to address a 'problem.' When I told them I was busy, they threatened to cut off my internet service. I laughed and then they hung up, which made me even more doubtful about their intentions.
The call came in at 4:25 AM, but it only rang once before the caller hung up.
