0272413562. Called after work hours. Recording started without greeting or my name or identifying from which phone provider. Started with something like "your phone service will be unavailable for the rest of the day" or something like that saying you'll have no service. Then said "for more information... " That's when I hung up. It scares you straight away so you'll go straight to their information source (website or number they give you). But they didn't identify your provider. Any legit provider will say "hi this is Telstra" or whoever just so you know who's calling.
