However the number they used has migrated to a new number in the system of scammers. The one I got was from 02 240 5151. Yours was 5191. So just a lazy user moving a finger over the dialer.
Its a NSW new South Wales Australia number, supposedly from Sydney. I have no need to speak to or answer a call from Sydney Australia. Seeing Im in the Maldives near Greece the call costs me a fortune on roaming charges. They left a MMS type message, that I deleted anyway & you should do the same.
