The caller spoke about losing a financial investment while there was a lot of background noise. It took a while for the person to start talking after I picked up, and they somehow knew my full name.
Some (loud background noises) difficult to hear, scam caller wanting finical information "and how much do you know about fiances"
They had also somehow (I am still investigating) a link to an email account that IS NOT associated with my mobile number. The email and Mobile number only appear "to Telstra" via "Emergency contact info" on my Android mobile phone.
I received a call from this number asking for financial information. The caller was difficult to understand due to loud background noise. They asked probing questions about my knowledge of finances. Additionally, they somehow linked themselves to an email account that is not associated with my mobile number, which raises further suspicions.
