Sent this number straight to my screening service when they called yesterday. They hang up within half a second so I suspect they are using machine detection. Probably a scammer, had a call from a neighbouring number (0272299363) today with the same behaviour.
The caller used an automated voice to inform me that I was signed up for Amazon Prime and that $99.99 would be debited from my account today. They instructed me to press 1 to speak to a representative. I pressed 1 but heard nothing, so I pressed it again and asked if this was a scam, at which point the call disconnected.
The caller identified themselves as the Australian Immigration Bureau and mentioned they had tried multiple times to contact me about urgent documents I needed to sign. They instructed me to press 1 in both English and Chinese. I believe this is a scam attempt.
