Yes, definietely a scam. Got email from a a fake iCloud account on 10-Nov-2023. Has all the hallmarks of a refund scam and derected me to this phone number.

Qbook_Payment calling about scam about auto-paid QuickBooks invoice, asked me to call back, advise against it
