Yep, some impatient Asian sounding woman claiming to be from 'save now' and using words like energy regulator. Hung up when I asked her how she got my private number. Like someone said, they have no souls.
Missed first 2 calls on my mobile but answered the 3rd. Indian voiced lady saying she was from some company so I hung up figuring it a scam of some sort. Like to know how they got the mobile number as it's unlisted & I don't give it to just any old person.
I missed a call from them so gald I did clearly have nothing to say.
Yeah, someone rambling about discount, hung up.
02 is a Sydney area code..... A women who sounded like an Asian with a very practised but not perfect american accent... Realizing it was a scam to gain any of your personal info with questions, I hung up immediately.... Yes its an info scam in my opinion.
Added to my mobile Auto Reject list.
Yep, he's a rude one. I said up front that the power and gas bills aren't in my name and the line went dead. No "thanks for your time" or anything. If he calls you, just hang up. Either that or tell him a long rambling story about wearing an onion on your belt, which was the style at the time.....
I don't know anyone from Merimbula NSW. Glad that I missed the call, and seems like it's a scam or spam call from previous comments.
He said he was calling from the Philippines, representing 'Save Now' whose Australian office is in Melbourne. Obviously calling about power charges and discounts. This number is not a Victorian Number, probably Canberra/Bega/ACT/SE NSW. Save Now cannot be found on the net. When I kept asking questions he said "this is not an interview, you ask too many questions" and hung up.
Some saleswoman rambling about electricity discounts. These telemarketers have no soul, seriously.
