Scam extorting money, automatic message saying from tax office and last warning you owe them money then transferred through to officer by pressing option 1. I did and person on end asked for my name is advised they called me and I don't give out details and immediately ended call.
The call from this number was a robot call. It stated it was from the Tax Office nd to avoid further penalties or jail I should press 1. I ended the call.
This number left a message claiming to be from the ATO. DO NOT RESPOND. This is a very well known scam, they are not the ATO.
First appeared as a number from the USA (+1(262)161-903 and then a second call from 02 6216 1903 shown as Canberra ACT. Ignored both calls.

This is a fake ATO phone service. They pretend you are behind payments and you should click "1". I'm guessing it then takes you to a call centre that asks you for a payment. Please just hang up.
