This Indian idiot is scammers, pretended to be ATO, sometime even police. They even threaten to put in jail for 10 years or pay tax debt. They want you to pay in woolies gift cards.

Pretty sure it's a scammer. Recieved a call, didn't answer left an automated voicemail saying it's the ATO and that I had to return the call to sort out my debts to them. It have a call back option but doesn't recognize that it is voicemail and you did not answer.
