Since I did not made and recent purchase I have no intention calling this number. Scam by third party.

This number was in a random PayPal invoice I received by email, in the section Seller Note to Customer. The link to the PayPal invoice was not on a fake website but on the legitimate PayPal website. But it was from an unknown seller and was not expecting an invoice for that amount.
I believe the real scam is in the Seller Note to Customer quoted below:
There is evidence of a third party potentially compromising your аϲϲоunt. This transfer will be reflected on your history after 48 hours. Scammers perform their operations through automated systems. If you have never made this acquisition, please advise us as soon as possible through (02) 6190-1650 for support or you'll not be able to conduct any further business using ΡауΡаⅼ. Our operating hours are from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm (Easrten Daylight time).
