A woman claimed to be from Telstra, with the number originating from ACT. She spoke in poor English and there was a lot of background noise. When I expressed my disbelief in her identity, she abruptly hung up.

Complete scam. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. HANG UP IMMEDIATELY.
