Rang 2 pm 31/5/21 greeted me by first name said we had already spoken to a consultant but hard to understand male possibly Indian accent. Told him I was having trouble with his accent and would put him onto my husband. Wouldn’t answer my husband and hung up. A lot of Indian sounding voices in the background.
