What Our Users Reviewed
Received recorded voice message stating that Centrelink had unsuccessfully tried to contact me.
Re a pension increase and back-payment owed to me, and to quote a ref number. When I spoke to the caller on a very bad line, they advised I was to receive pension increase and back payment of $3000 plus. After obtaining my details, they made an appointment for a Centrelink Officer to visit to view 2 forms of photo ID, while simultaneously asking for a $350 processing fee, by purchasing a $350 Apple I Tunes gift card from supermarket, which I was to give to the calling officer. It isn't until after giving them my pension number and personal details, that they ask for the $350 payment at the end of the call.
