Got a call and message said I needed to call them or police would arrive at my doorstep. Funnily enough my husband works for the ATO, so reported it to him.

I just had the exact same phone call saying that I am in trouble with the ATO and that if I didn't call them back and give information that I could expect a police officer to show up on my doorstep. I rang the ATO and reported the scam. You should all do the same to catch these low lives.

I also recorded the entire conversation.

Had a call a few weeks ago, autobot voice telling me I was in serious trouble with the Australian Tax Office, for myself of my lawyer to contact immediatly or a warrant would be issued. Son looked it up and said scam. It did not sit right with me either. Few minutes ago, the same thing, I am now under surveillance, myself of my lawyer contact them before the police turn up at the door with my arrest warrant.
