Asked if I had entered a holiday prize draw. Said no but he claimed he had an application with my name on it and he had my full address details and I had won the prize - scam & it wasn't a robot voice - also call came through at 8:54 pm.
Phone rang with this number displayed. Number not recognised by caller id so I rejected the call. No voicemail message left by caller. Based on other comments it sounds like the "Do you remember entering a competition in the last 12 months, no matter if you don't because I have your entry" scam.
Called around 9:40 pm. Sounded like Filipino accent. Some BS about travel vouchers. Told him I considered him to be a scammer, and not to ring me. Then hung up on him.
Indian accent. Said I had filled in a form to get discounted travel deals! Congratulations, you and your. Family won 7 day holiday discounted. Was annoyed when I said I didn’t!.
Said that they were from go travel and that I had won a 7 day holiday for $360.00 had an Indian accent when I pushed for where got phone number they hung up 100% sure was a scam.
This number rang at 9:20 pm! The scamming scum losers are getting even worse, it seems. I never answer the phone any more, and of course they hung up, as always, when the answering machine kicked in.
Asian accent woman said she was from some travel company. Unwanted call so blocked.

Telephone scammers try to steal your money or personal information. Scams may come through phone calls from real people, robocalls, or text messages.
Call or message may be a scam if:
You're asked for personal information or money;
Text messages tell you to urgently click a link or call a number;
The call or text pretends to be from someone you trust like your phone company or bank;
You're being threatened or made to feel scared;
The caller wants to access and control your computer.
To protect yourself:
Don't answer if you don't know who it is. Let the call go to voicemail.
If a caller leaves a message claiming to be from known organisation, cross check the number the call came from against the organisation's official website.
Never share any personal information about yourself or your bank details.
Don't click on any links. Never let a stranger take control of your computer.
Do not send any money.
Block calls on your mobile phone. Your phone company can tell you how to block calls to your home phone.
