I was called by this number yesterday afternoon. It was a computer generated voice message stating that if I did not return his call that a file was being generated and if this occurred an arrest warrant would be issued and I would be jailed. There was no reason given for this "file"- nor explanation for the call.
It is definitely a scam caller, but no return phone number was left only a " case file number" and 'his extention number'.
I tried to dial in the incoming number to give them a blast down the phone- but it inly dialled once and then the line disconnected...
Received only a part message from my mobile answer service stating if I did not respond to this number an arrest warrant was being issued in my name!!! Rang police who followed up this number. They said it was a scam most likely related to the tax scam. (beware).
