I received an email instructing me to contact this number regarding a PayPal payment for McAfee Anti-virus, which was supposedly for $489. This is definitely a scam.
Just received a ronot call from this number claimimg to be from Australia Taxation office lodging a lawsuit. This has happened to me in the past from other numbers and ATO assured me it was a scam.

This number is a scammer calling as a representative of the ATO.

0261720731 called me & I never answered. They left a message saying they were investigating as my name has been filed as a fraud & I need to call them back. Rubbish & a scam for sure.
Had a call then a robotic message saying I had a court case against me from the ATO.
I called the number an Indian lady answered with "hello ATO" I hung up straight away.
I Did not answer the call. I called back 5 times with my number blocked. They did not answer my calls at all. I wish they did so I could give them an earful but these scammers knew my intention. Haha.

When answer voice recording saying they from tax office and that I am been investigated for tax fraud. The voice is a machine. Don't think the ATO will use a voice recording and not speak directly to me.
