    Got a message from the "Legal Department of the ATO" saying there is an affidavit against my name as I am a primary suspect and my house is under surveillance. It is important I call them on 02 61691060.

    Recieved a recorded message claimed to be the ATO, was told an affidavit had bern recieved and my house was under surveillance. Rang back and got hung up on. Line has been busy ever since.

    Called this morning claiming to be from the ATO about my tax fraud. It's a scam. Steer clear.
