Just recieved the same ATO (Winton Matthews) with threats of proceedings and arrest warrants if I did not call back to discuss. Of course I was curious. I thought the ATO would have posted a letter out instead of a phone call. I ask a friend who is an ex-police man and he said "it sounds like a scam", A low act!!
Received a message just like others (above) - they did not name me but said I should call about an arrest warrant from the ATO. Who is paying the bills for this phone number - can't they be investigated??

But I feel it was probably a good approach for someone who wasn't internet savvy or perhaps elderly, to be at least sucked in enough to make the call...
