Received a call from 0261528622 today at 11.06am. Indian sounding man said he was from the ATO and did I have a criminal lawyer as they were taking action against me for under paid taxes for returns lodged 2007-2011. When I said I knew nothing about it he said he would explain but told me not to interupt him. As he was speaking quickly about how I had defrauded the commomwealth and they were going to lean on my personal assets and freeze my wages and bank accounts I interrupted many times asking him questions and to repeat sections. After about 10 mins he hung up and I thought this might be a scam, but it was very distressing to receive this call.
