Yep. ATO scam.
Message left on my landline stating it was from the ATO and there was a major tax fraud against my name and to ring this number. When I rang the number a man with what sounded like an Indian accent confirmed they were the ATO and I was up on fraud charges. When I said this was a hoax and that I would call the police, he said the police would be coming to my door. Am reporting this incident and number to the Police.
