Scam call with automated voice over saying this is an Emergency pandemic response call.
I received a call from this number, and although I did not answer it, I noticed that it originated from the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). I find this suspicious since I am not expecting any calls from that area.
I received a robotic message informing me about an epidemic and asking me to select a language by pressing 1 for Chinese or 2 for English. I decided to ignore the call, and I have since blocked the number and reported it to Telstra as spam.
An automated answer was left from a female speaking Chinese, however, I am unsure of most of the content as I do not speak Chinese.
