Pretty sure ATO doesn't have an office in Manilla.
Scam. Sounds like a Philippine accent claiming to be James Anderson of the ATO. Doesn't know your name but threatens you are under investigation. Its not a live person but a recorded message urging you to call back, which you should, with a loud whistle as soon a real person answers.
I got one this morning, said they were from the ATO and something about tax fraud. Pretty sure its a scam.
I got the same call ato lady said to me its a scam that they would call on a private number of send out letter.
