Just had a call from this number... I didn't answer it but there was a voicemail left saying it was Home Affairs. A heavily accented Chinese sounding automated message, then started talking Chinese. I deleted the voicemessage. A scam I would say.
They call every day at least 4 times but when you answer it hangs up. If you try and call them back you get disconnected.
