This number called me several times, then hung up without leaving a message. After one of the calls, I received a text message saying they are from a social research center asking for a callback to participate in a survey, stating they would call back if I didn’t respond. I have since blocked the number.
The call rang twice before hanging up and leaving a message. The message was a robotic voice claiming to be Josh from the health department, asking me to call back on a toll-free 1800 number instead of the number that called me.
