After checking, I found out that this number belongs to a roofing company. I believe it is a scam.
The caller claimed to be from NBN, saying they noticed my internet usage and speed had dropped. They offered to connect fiber optic services at no cost and asked about the color of the lights on my modem and the number of devices connected. This felt like a phishing attempt.
It went to my voice mail. The message was all in Chinese from a recorded computer. I just locked the number.

Called today claiming to be from Telstra regarding my Telstra Internet (had an indian accent) - advised I do not have Telstra Internet then asked if I had a PC - when told I do have a PC they said the Internet on the PC - I lost it at them and told them I am using PC offline there is no Internet.
