I received a recorded message that claimed to be from PayPal. I recommend hanging up and blocking this number as it seems unreliable.
I received an obvious scam call from a recorded message that pretended to be from Visa, claiming I owed $900 for goods that I did not purchase. I promptly hung up, recognizing it as a scam attempt.
The caller claimed to be from PayPal and attempted to request $945 from my account, which sounded very suspicious.
I just set up this SIM card and haven't shared my number with anyone yet, so I immediately suspected it was a scam call when I received a call from this number.
