I answered the call but told them that I didn't own the phone before hanging up.
The caller claimed to be from Vodafone, stating that my account is about to expire. However, I am not a Vodafone customer. They left a voicemail that started in English, then instructed to press 1 for English, after which it switched to a Chinese message, but then it went silent. I have now blocked the number.
I received a clearly fraudulent call from an automated system announcing an epidemic emergency. This type of scare tactic is really uncalled for!

I got a typical scam call where they didn't leave a message. It’s likely just another scammer targeting me. I wish there was a way to block all 02 numbers on my mobile like I can on my landline!
I received a recorded message that claimed to be from Optus, a telecommunications company. Since I do not use their services, I suspect this call to be from a scammer attempting to extract personal information.
