What Our Users Reviewed
Received on Fri 12/11/2021 from a man purporting to be from Telstra. Said that due to Covid I was eligible for a 40% discount on my bill for the next 6 months. Sent a code to my phone to confirm from Telstra. Once he explained the details of the discount he started asking for drivers licence and pin number details. I informed him that this was highly irregular and hung up. Suspicion led me to check my account and found that my email address had been changed and that there were 2 unauthorised purchases on my account. I notified Telstra and provided the email address, phone number they called from and the address they expected the delivery. The orders have been cancelled and security updated on my account.
