What Our Users Reviewed
I suspect this is a scam since the number appears to be out of service when I tried to call it back.
Calls started earlier this afternoon, offering a discount with my phone provider for being a longtime loyal customer. Started asking me to log into this, record that, but not apparently delving for any personal info or passwords.
But it got creepier; eventually I sensed a scam and hung up, after which they called repeatedly but were ignored.
Numbers used included 02 5110 8782,02 5110 8767.
I then found my mail password had been hacked; took a while to recover and then reset.
Did that successfully then restarted computer and am working to change every password.

02 5110 8782 Scam caller purporting to be Optus.
I don't have an account with Optus. They knew my name.
Don't talk to these scammers - their aim is to record your voice and do targeted attacks with your family members to extort money. Hang up the phone. Do not say a word to them.
Scam call, be very careful, it pretended to be Optus but try to scam people by asking you to click yes on your 2 factors validation on your mail app so they can reset your login password. Their IP shows location in Germany.
Claiming to be Optus Billing, definitely a scam, very noisy call centre in back ground.
