Got a call from this number while I was chatting to the bot from an online market place similar to eBay. They have very attractive marketing particularly re returns & refunds, but it doesn’t stand up to close scrutiny. Once they have your order don’t bother trying to cancel it. They’ll tell you that an order has been cancelled and a refund is on the way but that it may take up to two weeks to show up in your bank account. It’s been 8 weeks now and I’m still waiting. They are blaming the banks processing systems. There’s also lots of misleading advertising. The best I’ve come across had a picture and description of an item in situ at a very attractive price. The item turned out to be the picture itself and not the item the listing was describing. On backtracking, I could find no reference to the fact that I was ordering the picture only and not the item in the picture and in the description. Now I have a great picture of a hall table in situ and no table and, more importantly, no acceptance of any responsibility. It was a good wake-up call. I found the item I was looking for only problem was that what I saw and was only a picture of what I wanted. The description was of the table in the picture. It left out the little detail that was most important: that I was committing to buying a picture not the item in the picture.
