I too had a call from an automated voice claiming I had not paid taxes and that I was delinquent and could be arrested. Then to call this 02 number. Obviously a scam, and a waste of time, but did sound quite threatening. I have registered for the do not call list but some calls still slip through.
Claimed I had a warrant for my arrest due to tax avoidance and must call this number ASAP.
