Received an email from ron_romano@yahoo.com - norton total security. The email advised that I owed subscription fees and that my account would be debited in the next 2-4 days. I rang this number that was provided and the guy (ethnic) answered as Norton, but it appeared dodgy. He confirmed I could cancel the subscription but first wanted me to log into helpservice. Us and then enter in a Code that he provided to me. I told him I was uncomfortable doing this, and he tried to convince me to log in that Code saying it was the only way I could get the cancellation of the norton subscription, I told him I would contact the police and also my bank - he yelled at me and said Good luck to you Mam! And hung up.
