Had a missed call from (02) 4786 0305. I did not call back. But the intriguing thing is that it said the call originated in Penrith, NSW and I actually WAS in Penrith about 10 days ago. I hadn't been in Penrith for at least 30 years. Is that coincidence or did they know that I had been there? The only persons in Penrith that I gave my # to was the motel where I stayed. Smells fishy to me!
Got the same probably 4 times over last 3 years.
Received a call from this number. It is some sort of scam. The guy said he was from the accident help line and that he was ringing about the accident my car was involved in. I don't drive and wasn't in any accident. The guy had a foreign accent. Had a similar call last year telling em they were from the accident help line.
Another persistent call from Jenny Thomas. That's 4 calls within half hour. Now says her lawyer will ring us tomorrow. So persistent. It's a worry that they keen to get us money.

She new my vehicle rego number that was written off, full name, date od birth. Says her supervisor will ring tomorrow to discuss what compensation I can get. I am doubtful. Received a call today from Alan Vickery of Injury Helpline.
Said he was calling my office number because it was listed on a claim related to vehicle damage following an accident in the last 12 months.
Received a call from David from Accident Help Line (it displayed as a private number) - this is the number he gave me to call back on. The "Server Department" had given them our number (a business phone number) because someone had had an accident in the last 12 months. I told him I wasn't comfortable with providing and would do some research and give him a call back. I found some similar articles about scammers ([link] to say, I won't be calling him back.
Called saying their name was "Jenny Thomas" and that they work for make over claim accident legal advise and were ringing about a recent accident we had. Wanted to know our case number with the insurance company so that they could get us some money back. Pretty sure it is a scam as when I search the business name nothing comes up.
