Got the same scam yesterday too.
Got an SMS from a different mobile number (+61435110579) which said.
"You paid Amt. $1969.00 against Lenovo Intel core i9 Touch Laptop on 2021/05/22. AMAZON#10921217V. Call us on (+61) 2 4786-0110 for query, Thank You.".
Definitely a scam, nothing showed on my Amazon account and reported it to Amzon.
I received this text like many others. Clearly a scam call.
Checked my account and nothing missing, so just going to block the number.

Dave, I received the same text this morning at 9.04am.
Received a text supposedly from Amazon saying I paid amt $2769.99 for Sony 55' TV call *number for query. Number was underlined.
SCAM. I checked bank account anyway but that's fine.
I received a text message from 0435 430 510 saying that I'd purchased a Canon camera from Amazon for $2.199.95 and to call 02 4786 0110. This is the second time this week that this group has tried to scam me by saying I'd made an Amazon purchase, which I hadn't. I spoke to them the first time and they tried to tell me my accounts had been hacked.

Same same. My wife received a text message ‘You paid Amt. $1969 against Lenovo Intel core i9 Touch Laptop etc...’ came from 0413 195 618.
This is spam(02 2 4786 0110), received the same Canon eos Amazon purchase receipt. Also number 0481104298.

Today I received this same message. Long story short - if you receive this message contact your bank. After spending the majority of the afternoon on the phone I was told by the fraud squad that my accounts were being compromised since the beginning of April! Apparently they were able to access my Netbank remotely even with anti virus! My Netbank had now been shut down for the time being and all cards cancelled. Be careful and please again contact your bank if you receive this message.

Same message received (4 hours ago) regarding the Canon R6 camera for $2199.95, as others have reported.
Note that the text (for me) came from +61 412 672 533.

Was this commbank? I had message come up after I had used commbank online and was on phone (on hold) to them.
I was on hold to my bank (commbank) for unrelated reasons when I received this message. Reading other reviews I wonder if they have infiltrated banking apps/webpages.

I didn't purchase4 anything and checked my accounts and no money has been taken from my account. I figured it was a scam and didn't call them.
The text message came from phone number +61 423 454 782.
Same stuff, blocked the number and reported it as spam.

Oh and they were also able to send me messages through my bank app with verification codes etc and text messages.
I got the same message. I telephoned and after an hour and stupidly giving them all of my details (I had transferred all of the money in my accounts out to another account) they were actually moving money around my accounts. I had left a small amount in there. When I told them money was being moved around my accounts they were like we have to do that its the platform. They told me they were blocking my cards so no-one else could use it. They were able to see that I had transferred all the money I had out of my accounts and when she commented on it I told them yes because I don't believe you are who you say you are they hung the phone up! Now I have to cancel my cards and possibly open new accounts.....ffs....they knew everything about me. I'm waiting on a call to my bank to report it to them!
Same as everyone else - Amazon order that was never made and wants me to call them where they will presumably try to get my details.

Blocked deleted and got the 2 step verification code set up with Amazon.

Same as other people I just received an sms saying I had purchased a $2099 laptop and to ring the number if I had any queries.
I also just got a message from this number saying I have an order from Amazon for a $2199.95 camera and to call if I have a query. Um no, I'm not calling and seems we received these messages at the same time. SPAM!
Left a message claiming that someone had made a purchase from my Amazon account of over $2000 when I didn't have that much money in my account. When I called they knew all my details already, as well as my card number. When I asked for the CCV they said I had to confirm my card number first. They were able to provide the first 4 digits and last 4 digits before trying to force me to reveal the rest. I didn't reveal anything else, and said that I would call back later because I felt it wasn't a legitimate help service. The call centre had a lot of background noise with lots of Indian-sounding people talking. I was pretty sure even before I called the number that it was a scam, and my call to them confirmed it.
This phone number said I ordered a $2900 laptop, and asked me to confirm/ if I had queries.
