Scam!! Said they are from immigration department.
Definitely a scammy number. My phone marked it as potential fraud when the call came through and afterwards, an SMS was sent (presumably a voicemail but I didn't download it in case it was something dodgy).
The call started with a voice speaking in Chinese, warning me that my phone service would be suspended within one hour. I strongly believe this call is spam.
SCAM! Someone ringing to tell me that my Vodafone contract needs updating and will be cancelled within 3 days if no action taken. This is about the 5th time I've had this voicemail!
SCAM! Left voice mail in English and Chinese saying that there's a problem with my visa and I'm 100% Aussie.
Got called almost exact same time as other review here saying Chinese UPS delivery voicemail, so 100% it is a scam.
