Just had a call, saying it would not cost me any money and for home owners under x years old. I advised to talk to my accountant as he handles all of my finances, which he did not wish to do. Rather funny, as my accountant handles all of my tax affairs so it would be going through him anyway, so for him to say it would not be of benefit to go through him raises red flags. Advice for anyone else, even if you do not have an accountant, tell them it needs to go through your accountant as they do all financing transactions for you.
