The number 02 4302 6967 / 0243026967 has raised significant concerns among users, leading to its classification as a suspicious telemarketer. Reports indicate that calls from this number are linked to questionable marketing tactics, particularly focused on enticing individuals with offers related to superannuation sessions. Here's a closer look at the details provided by users and the recommendations on how to handle calls from this number.

In a notable report, a user recounted receiving a call from a woman who claimed she was promoting a free superannuation information session at Brighton-le-Sands. Although the caller had a local Australian accent and initially seemed genuine, further inquiries raised red flags. The caller requested sensitive personal details, including the recipient's date of birth, marital status, email address, and even their postal address. Such information-seeking behaviour is characteristic of scam tactics aimed at gathering personal data for fraudulent use.

Importantly, the absence of clear company identification during the call adds to the suspicions regarding this number. After the call was disconnected when the user hesitated to provide additional personal information, attempts to return the call only yielded a generic voicemail message with no specific details about the company.

This pattern of interaction suggests that 02 4302 6967 / 0243026967 may not be linked to a legit service but rather operates as a suspicious telemarketing number. If you receive a call from this number, it is recommended to:

  • Do not provide any personal information: Refrain from sharing your date of birth, addresses, or any other sensitive information.
  • Hang up if you feel uncomfortable: Trust your instincts; if something feels off, it’s best to end the call.
  • Report the call: You might want to report suspicious calls to appropriate authorities to help protect others.
  • Use Reverseau: If you want to know who called you, utilize the Reverse Phone Lookup Australia feature on our site to gain more insights into unknown numbers.

A lady called on my mobile phone saying that there was a free superannuation session at Brighton-le-sands in september and whether I would like to book my seat for it.

A lady (aussie sounding) seemed genuine but asked for far too many details like my date of birth, wife's first name, e-mail address and postal address and whether I owned my home.

Have not received any booking for the session by e-mail and thankfully the call dropped off when she asked my postal address.

Also when I called back the number had a general voice message - "All our operators are busy, please leave your details and we will get back to your later". No company name was provided.

These definitely are scammers.
