This bloke claimed to be from Optus, asking about my non-Optus internet. Righto! Tried to sell me some nonsense about upgrading systems. I told him to nick off and hung up. What a joke!
This caller contacted me regarding insurance, but it appears to be part of a scam operation. The message did not seem legitimate and felt intrusive.
The voice on the line sounded robotic, and they claimed to be discussing Telstra's transition from private to public. When I expressed disinterest, they coldly responded with “sure, bye.” I advise caution with this number.
I suspect this call was a scam, as I chose to hang up on the caller due to their suspicious behavior.
