I listened to a voice message instructing me to press certain numbers in order to receive a refund, which felt suspicious to me.
The caller seemed confused and did not recognize my username when they asked for it. This raised concerns about their legitimacy.
The representative claimed that they were going to withdraw money directly from my bank account without my consent, which sounds very suspicious to me.
I just had a voicemail from this number saying the exact same thing - obviously a scam!

They will never talk to me or get my bank details as if that's the way to stop from the money taken out from the bank. The call is a scam. I just hanged up.
