Correct. Same thing automated robo-call stating from eBay about 299$. I rang back knowing its a local number so no charge to me 'said F*** Off' hung up and blocked the number. Scam. Caller supposedly from eBay wanting to cancel non existent payment & insisting that claim form must be done on my mobile phone as my email had been "compromised".
