Claims from eBay - SCAMMER!!!!
I received a call where the caller did not leave a message. When I called back, an Indian woman answered, claiming to be from eBay. This is a scam!
I got a recorded message that claimed to be from eBay, but I hung up before finishing the call.
Missed call but they left a message to advise money would be taken from my account. Rang the number and asked what company they were and advised ‘eBay’ (he also spelt it out). He told me he would investigate I just said no don’t worry, hung up then blocked the number. Appears to be a SCAM!!!!
Automated call advising that order with eBay will be processed and paid etc etc. Don't engage and hang up!

This number has been identified as a scam centre, so if we know that why does the number remain active? Why doesn't the supplier close them, or do they just want the revenue? Then why doesn't the police pay them a visit? Do these Australian scamers ever appear in court? They are just as bad as a crook who breaks into your house.
Left a message not identifying them selves as to who they were and saying $299 would be taken from my account for a purchase ~ automated voice obvious scam. Number registered as from Newcastle, NSW.
This number just rang me saying $99 will be debited from my account. I'm guessing its spam.
Scam. Caller supposedly from eBay wanting to cancel non existent payment & insisting that claim form must be done on my mobile phone as my email had been "compromised". He couldn't even tell me what my email is. Am quite sure that the claim form would be asking for my bank account details. Not happening!

Just got an attempt from that number to scam my eBay info. For some reason I can call them straight back and play pranks on them. It’s great fun, you can say really inappropriate stuff to them and they lose their mind and hang up.
