Received an attempted call from this number (unknown to me) after 5 pm tonight, Tuesday July 13, it came with a 'Suspected malicious spam' smart warning attached. I let it ring out, (which is my usual protocol with such calls) and it left a 23 sec audio message with the missed call text notification (and which I have not clicked on and opened). Still trying to find out who it's from. Would like to know the simple answer to the simple question of are audio messages safe to open or not, but it seems Google does not understand plain English and wants to give me every other bit of information under the sun, no matter how I try to format the question.

Cheers.

An individual with an Indian accent called me claiming to be from eBay and insisted that there had been a payment made. They instructed me to press 1, 2, or 3 to verify it, which seemed suspicious.
