This is a scammer who is a nuisance. I don’t answer unidentified calls. They left a voicemail that said, "You have not replied multiple times. Please contact us as soon as possible. If you need assistance in English or Chinese, please press 2."
The recorded message gave options to "Press 1 for English or 2 for Chinese," but I wasn’t sure which type of Chinese language they were referring to, as it sounded unclear.
I received an automated message regarding immigration documents which I strongly suspect to be from scammers.
They called twice today, didn't leave a message. When I tried to call back, was "1st in queue and will be answered by the next operator" for 3 minutes with no sign of it being answered, so I hung up. Suspected scam number.
