This call was a phishing scam generated by an automated system. It went straight to voicemail and left a message claiming "Epidemic alert. If you are Australian, press 1; if you are Chinese, press 2." The number has received numerous reports in the Hiya app for being involved in various scams, including phone disconnection scams and Chinese embassy scams, which is why my phone rejected the call automatically.

I received a call from this number at 8:15 pm. At 8:16 pm I got a voicemail. The voicemail is in Chinese with peaceful instramental music, the voicemail had pauses as if was a recording. The voice mail sms shows a slightly different number left the voicemail however that was the only call I had received. Seems like a scam.
