I had same thing some automated speech about an arrest warrant.
Got a phone call by this number, didn't pick t up. And got a voicemail saying arrest warrant will be issued if I didn't call back.
Same here I got a call in the morning with same message.
0240170921 just called me with the tax evasion scam line many elderly people are getting swindled by saying I'll get arrested if I don't call them back. (Robotic prerecorded voice).
These are scammers. Got a call from this number (phone recording) threatening that they were contacting on behalf of tax office and they had law suite against us, and asked to call back on their number. Please report them to tax office if they call you, also block them.
Got a call from (02) 4017 0921 at 2:40 PM 19/11/2018. Didn't pick it up, but there was a text-to-speech voicemail which followed right after, stating that if I don't reply by calling them, they would issue an arrest warrant.

This is a serious fraudster caller.
I received a call from 02 40170921 which I allowed through to my message bank. I then received a message text stating "A lawsuit is getting filed under your name. The moment you receive this message I want you to get back to me on my department division no.24017".
The number of characters allowed in the text caused any further message to be cut off but upon Google search of this wording it appears to be a tax scam going around in Australia and overseas. The number is also a landline in an attempt to add validity to the call. Playing along I rang back from a private number however the call always dropped out. Be wary.

I got a phone call from this phone # 0240170921 and the guy was saying he is from tax department and I have to pay $20.000 AUD fine because I never filed my tax return. I did not argue too much with this guy but I just said shut up and hang up phone on him. This is a scammer but doing very cheap tactics to try to get hold of me. When answered it was an robotic voice that said it was from the Australian taxation department. I hung up straight away! I think it’s a scammer. Hope this helps someone.

I got a call from this number. When I answered it went to an automated voice, so I ended the call. I called the number from a land line and got a guy with a strange accent, telling me he is calling from the taxation office. He asked me what my name was so he can get my file up and I gave him my name. He said he has my file in front of him, he would just like me to confirm my address. I said no, please confirm my name and he stumbled through trying to pronounce my name. He said to confirm my address and I said I wouldn't, he needs to confirm my name, cause he said he had my file in front of him. He put the phone down.
Scam caller. They left a voice message with a recording of a robotic voice saying something about reporting the recipient to authorities.
This number called and I didn't answer and then there was a message on my message bank asking to call back and dial a number and if I didn't call back I'd be arrested.
I got a call from this number and its taped massage and I think its scame.
